HP 3500 / 3700 Black Starter Kit This HP Color LaserJet 3500 / 3550 / 3700 black toner refill starter kit gives you everything you need to do the job the first time. The kit includes state-of-the-art chemical toner, melting tool, full photographic instructions and all other hacks and fixes you need. Most importantly it contains the distilled knowledge of 3 months of refilling the cartridge to get the toner and technique right. Many of the test prints were done in the form of catalogues which were then sent to customers. After you've done one refill and you've got what's in our starter kit, you can just keep refilling with our toner bottle / chip combo.
